Working from engineer's sketches and architects' layouts the working drawings were developed from draft through Building Regs submission to construction issue. All the major structural elements were addressed from the re-use of piled foundations to the steel-framed superstructure of these large warehouse buildings. Construction was completed successfully due in part to the clarity and completeness of these drawings.

This state-of-the-art eco home was designed and detailed to employ a high percentage of cement replacement in its reinforced concrete raft foundation and roof slab. The unusual curved planform required flair and attention to detail in order to accommodate the reinforcement in an economic configuration that was simple to construct on site. The building now provides a stunning home in a Victorian walled garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
